A Fresh Slate

Every New Year's Eve millions of people make resolutions to better themselves. This year, I made a resolution to be more efficient. Of all things, why this? Because I'm going to do a better job with customers, with warehouse staff, and with our now family of 4. (I'm writing this presently overlooking our new baby girl, Hazel, in the hospital). We can't purchase more time. It sucks, but we can't. In order to maximize my work or your work and not repeat tasks, it must be done at a high level of quality. Purchase new technology, use other people's strengths, and get your sleep! A fresh mind is a sharper one. Thank you for taking time to read this newsletter each month.
