Spring is Here...Maybe

I write to you as the long anticipated warmer days of spring are still being anticipated. It seems that for every day I wear shorts, there are two days I wear a sweater. The flowering trees have come and gone, and the dandelions are as numerous as the lies on the weatherman's lips. However, with frost warnings still in the outlying areas, is this what you expected your season to look like thus far?

In January, Aaron wrote about planning for a successful season. In February, Rusty asked to review your agronomic plan. I ask, what's your backup plan? I have learned in this business that the only thing for certain, is nothing is for certain. Let's face it, whether you maintain a world class golf course, a shoestring budget park district, or Ms. McGillicuddy's half acre crapshack at the edge of town, we are all beholden to mother nature.

At ProGro, we strive to anticipate the unexpected. Being one step ahead of pestilence, be it weed, pathogen, or insect, that is our bag.. baby. Try thinking about the next application. Your next headache on the horizon. For any help or hints contact your ProGro rep. They are confident, knowledgeable, and some of them even dress funny.
